The Robin Glades Estate has continued to make significant progress in the first quarter of 2018. Much of this progress has been achieved behind the scenes ensuring only the best of service providers and tradespeople are engaged; however, please know we are working tirelessly to deliver the project. We are well on track to begin selling the first stage of the development by mid this year.
Website launch
The Robin Glades website has left testing phase and is now live. The aim of the website is to keep the Roleystone community up-to-date with the progress being made in the planning and development of Robin Glades Estate. As the website grows it will also have sections outlining the site and site plan, the proposed homes to be built – complete with floor layouts and initial costings – and an FAQ document covering the most pertinent questions we have received to date. It will be the community’s point of reference for the project as well as providing a platform to stay in touch. The website can be found at www.robinglades.com.au
A nod to the past
Abbie Holdings has always been very respectful of the community’s wishes for an over 55s estate on the Robin Road site. We also understood from the outset that saying goodbye to the primary school was bitter sweet for many, having seen more than a 100 years’ worth of students pass through its doors. It is for this reason that we would like to ask the community to provide us with any photos, videos or documents they might have of the old school. We wish to ensure that whilst we prepare the site for its future as Robin Glades, we do not forget its past.
