Construction of a $120 million marina at Ocean Reef in Perth’s northern suburbs could start next year after WA’s environment watchdog gave the project the all clear. The existing Ocean Reef Boat Harbour has been sitting idle for years, awaiting successive state governments and councils to fully fund the proposed marina. During the most recent election campaign Colin Barnett committed to the project if reelected, but with his defeat many thought that well could be it for the Marina, at least for
